Construction is simply Material Handling. It is so simple that everyone is a contractor. It takes years of experience though, and a system of implementation, before one becomes a good Contractor.

Each project is treated as a special project. We will endeavor to identify all problem areas before project implementation to help eliminate costly change orders. It may be unconventional, Homecrew will take the role of the Client as if it is its own, and went about the work with full protection of the Client's interest in mind.

Safety is our primary concern, not only during construction, but especially for the life of the Structure. We make sure that Structural requirements are properly followed and implemented.

Maintenance is the regularly scheduled services, inspections, and replacement of consumables, that we do for your Home to keep it in top notch condition. The schedule for performing these maintenance services varies depending on the area or item being serviced. Most will be done Monthly, and some will be done Annually, Quarterly, or as needed.

Repairs are services that are required or necessary when an item breaks, or is not working properly, or may have worn to the point where a replacement is required. More often than not, repairs are the offshoot of poor maintenance or improper maintenance.

If, during our scheduled maintenance work, we discovers an item or an area that has failed or is damaged, then the "maintenance" switches to a "repair". Items that are at the point of failure will also be recommended for replacement.
