Maintenance is the regularly scheduled services, inspections, and replacement of consumables, that we do for your Home to keep it in top notch condition. The schedule for performing these maintenance services varies depending on the area or item being serviced. Most will be done Monthly, and some will be done Annually, Quarterly, or as needed.

Repairs are services that are required or necessary when an item breaks, or is not working properly, or may have worn to the point where a replacement is required. More often than not, repairs are the offshoot of poor maintenance or improper maintenance.

If, during our scheduled maintenance work, we discovers an item or an area that has failed or is damaged, then the "maintenance" switches to a "repair". Items that are at the point of failure will also be recommended for replacement.
